Member Complaints Process
Engagement Institute has released a formal Policy and Process for handling Code of Ethics complaints against members.
The aim is to establish a transparent, consistent, and fair approach to managing complaints raised against members for potential breaches of the Code of Ethics, in alignment with the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
The policy outlines the structure, roles, responsibilities, and process flows for the newly established Code of Ethics Committee and provides clarity to all stakeholders involved.
