Learn by Doing: Practical Tools and Insights for Engagement
May 2025"Enjoyed learning from others and the opportunity to discuss concepts. It was also helpful that it incorporated some activities that encouraged you to practice what you were learning. The templates provided were great in also providing some structure, and logic to actions to give you a roadmap for your engagement." -
Valuable Frameworks, Real-World Practice, and Expert Delivery
April 2025"I found the range of frameworks provided to plan engagement very useful, and I will use them in my own practice. I also enjoyed working on one case study for the entirety of the course to drive home the concepts we were learning. The content of the course met my expectations, and Joel was a fantastic trainer. He delivered the content at the perfect pace, taking the time to explain new concepts, giving us ample time to work in groups on our case study, and providing a safe and inclusive space for questions and discussion." -
Practical Skills and Shared Learning for Community-Led Engagement
April 2025"Relevant skills for my role working with small local community groups to develop community-led activities. The group of participants were respectful, willing to share experiences and learn together, from a wide range of backgrounds. The group activity that continued across the 2 days was great to give an overview of how an engagement strategy/plan would develop."
